Entre les vieux récits nationaux obsolètes et les narrations européennes balbutiantes, Christine Breton (conservatoire honoraire du patrimoine) nous invite à poser la nécessité poétique des contre-fictions. A partir de quelques chemins géographiques et de pensée de Walter Benjamin à Marseille, se dessinent des situations propice à l’émergence d’autres récits d’une histoire commune.

Le texte de Walter Benjamin L’Auteur comme Producteur (1934) n’a cessé de faire écho et référence dans le champ artistique. Aujourd’hui, il est encore une force active qui permet de penser les reconfigurations des pratiques qui, entre art, science et activisme, renouvellent les formes d’expérimentation et d’intervention dans le champ social.

Benjamin développe la notion, complexe, de tendance, la tendance d’une œuvre ne pouvant être politiquement juste que si elle est littérairement juste. La question est de savoir comment faire coïncider engagement et qualité en insistant notamment sur la technique de l’auteur. C’est Walter Benjamin écrivain qui sera convoqué dans cette lecture-performance à partir de son texte intitulé Marseille qu’il s’agit de proposer à la rue, comme pour mieux éprouver et mettre en pratique les théories de son auteur.

Parvis et coulisses du Petit marché de l’Hôpital Nord
Depuis un peu plus d’un an Hôtel du Nord active une fois tous les 15 jours un drôle de petit marché sur le Parvis de l’hôpital nord. Preuve en acte qu’il suffit parfois de peu pour humaniser, donner des idées, relier des ressources, voici en images un partage des lieux et une relecture des enjeux. Prochaine date le mardi 26 juin, avec un improbable Karaoké animée par la musicienne-habitante Anne-Laure Carette.

Balade patrimoniale printanière #11 : Rencontres mythiques à Verduron 1 # 2, dimanche 17 juin.
Vous suivrez les pas de Nathalie Cazals, archéologue, passionnée depuis longtemps par l’oppidum de Verduron, ancien village gaulois, celte dit-on actuellement. Depuis les hauteurs de Verduron s’ouvre un autre point de vue en raison de sa situation géographique exceptionnelle. Sur la ville d’abord, car se dessine ici une cartographie urbaine où flux et réseaux croisent une mosaïque de hameaux villageois et de grands ensembles. Sur le mythe fondateur de Marseille ensuite, car son histoire d’amour et de réconciliation des peuples a bien des raisons d’être et s’interprète autrement depuis le monde celte face à la centralité de Massalia la grecque. Un récit antique qui résonne jusqu’à nos jours pour discuter avec les habitants des rapports entre centralités et périphéries, pour discuter aussi de l’avenir du site archéologique qui sera réhabilité cette année.

Spring Heritage Stroll #11: Mythical meetings in Varma 1 # 2, Sunday June 17.
You will follow the steps of Nathalie Cazals, an archaeologist, who has long been fascinated by the oppidum of Varma, a former Gaulish village, Celtic is now said. From the heights of Varma opens another point of view because of its exceptional geographical location. On the city first, because it draws here an urban cartography where flows and networks cross a mosaic of village hamlets and large ensembles. On the founding myth of Marseille then, because its history of love and reconciliation of peoples has many reasons to be and is interpreted otherwise from the Celtic world in front of the centrality of Massalia the Greek. An ancient narrative that resonates until today to discuss with the inhabitants the relationship between Centralities and Peripheries, to discuss also the future of the archaeological site that will be rehabilitated this year. Proposal in the context of National days Archaeology 2018 programming spring 2018. Balade patrimoniale printanière #10 : La route des Celtes : de la Galline à l’oppidum de la Cloche, samedi 16 juin.
L’oppidum de la Cloche se situe sur une voie reliant Marseille à l’Étang de Berre. Détruit par les troupes romaines en 49 avant notre ère, fouillé puis classé Monument Historique en 2004, il raconte le passé celto-ligure mais aussi les circulations dans un territoire métropolitain pratiqué par les hommes depuis des milliers d’années.
En marchant dans les pas des Celtes, nous rencontrerons au fil du chemin les histoires des multiples habitants du massif de la Nerthe :
- ceux qui vivent toujours dans le très discret hameau de la Galline et sa Chapelle
- ceux dont nous retrouvons les traces dans les anciens domaines Cossimont, Turc ou dans les multiples fortifications militaires
- ceux qui sont venus avec l’industrialisation du massif, mais aussi les nombreux « non-humains » qui participent de la richesse de ces collines (espèces végétales, oiseaux, batraciens…)

Spring Heritage Stroll #10: The route of the Celts: from the Gallie to the oppidum of the Bell, Saturday 16 June.
The oppidum of the bell is located on a road connecting Marseille with the lake of Leo. Destroyed by the Roman troops in 49 BCE, excavated and then classified historical Monument in 2004, it tells the Celtic-Ligurian past but also the circulations in a metropolitan territory practiced by men for thousands of years. Walking in the steps of the Celts, we will meet along the way the stories of the many inhabitants of the massif of the Nerthe:
- Those who still live in the very discreet hamlet of the Gallie and its chapel
- Those whose traces we find in the ancient domains Cossimont, Turkish or in the multiple military fortifications
- Those who came with the industrialization of the massif, but also the many "non-humans" who participate in the richness of these hills (plant species, birds, amphibians…)
